The ship was made like a jigsaw puzzle but definitely didn't look like one when he was finished. It looked beautiful lit up and since he loves jigsaw puzzles, he had it together in a few days.

After all the hours I spent assembling this thing, I have to say, it looks amazing. The amount of details. But I must warn you, if you plan on buying you one of these, it’s not easy to assemble. In fact, I had to use some scotch tape on quite a few pieces. And I was exhausted after the completion. But it turned out great. I’m just saying, if you plan on buying you one of these, you got to be willing to go through stress just to be able to see it in all its awesome glory.

This is a very impressive model. I was pleasantly surprised at the outcome. I wanted something to work on over a snowy weekend and I figured 4+ hour build time should be enough to keep me busy. First of all it was more like 8-10 hours which was fine by me. In addition to finding the pieces on the sheets, you have to punch out all slots and openings which is time consuming. The instructions were perfect and easy to follow. Time and care needs to be taken to assemble because everything is a pretty tight fit. This thing is big and surprisingly sturdy. I love it. Highly highly detailed.
